2. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping for all types of sneakers is generally free unless otherwise stated. 
For all other purchases where the total value exceeds DKK 450, shipping is also free. For purchases with a total value below DKK 450, shipping charges will apply. 

Errant ApS aims to dispatch all orders received before 3 PM on the same day; orders received after this time will be sent on the next business day. We ship throughout Denmark with Bring or GLS. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified at the time of order.

NOTE: If there is no space at the pick-up point, the package will be moved to the nearest pick-up point, and you will be notified. If problems arise, please contact customer service. Goods are delivered on all weekdays, and your order will typically be delivered 1-3 business days after ordering. For certain products, special delivery terms apply. These terms will be specifically stated before the purchase of such items.

 

If you are not home at the time of receipt for home delivery, your package will instead be delivered to the nearest parcel shop, unless you have an authorization form with the relevant delivery company. This authorization form is an agreement between the customer and the delivery company, giving them permission to leave the package, and is not something ERRANT handles.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT FOR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, INVENTORY MANAGEMENT ERRORS, AND PRICE CHANGES. 

3. Changes or Cancellation of Your Order
Once your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting us at kundeservice@errant.dk. If the order has not yet been sent, we can help you make the desired changes. 

If your order has already been shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel your order. Please see below for more information on the right to cancel.

Without being obligated to compensate or otherwise cover expenses, we reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:
- if an unforeseen error occurs (e.g., payment error)
- if your payment information cannot be verified or if the information is incorrect,
- if we suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in connection with criminal activities    

We will do everything we can to keep you updated throughout the process and notify you before we cancel your order due to one of the above circumstances. If your order is canceled, we will naturally refund the payment without incurring additional costs for you.

4. Prices and Payment
At Errant ApS, we reserve the right to correct any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We reserve the right to apply for sold-out items. All prices are in Danish kroner, including VAT, but excluding any shipping costs.

The total price you accept when placing an order is the amount that will be deducted from your bank account. We do not withdraw the amount until we have processed and shipped your order.

*In the case of a pre-order product, Errant ApS reserves the right to withdraw the money before the product is processed and shipped, as this may in some cases be a prerequisite for the product to be manufactured.  

Furthermore, Errant ApS cannot guarantee that it is possible to exchange limited edition items for a different size.

*In the case of payment through Anyday or Viabill, Errant ApS reserves the right to withdraw the money before the product is processed and shipped. 

Communication between you and our payment system is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Our payment system is handled by Clearhaus/Quickpay, who are the only ones with access to your payment data.

We accept payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, MobilePay, Bank transfer.

We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be withdrawn when the item is shipped. Thereafter, you will pay your monthly installment on the last business day of the coming month, and for three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be added to your purchase, provided you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate. 

5. Returns
If you wish to cancel your purchase after receiving the item, you must return it to us before the 30-day period expires. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. If you use our return label via our return portal, it costs DKK 49, which will be deducted when the money is refunded. You can find the return portal here: www.errant.dk/pages/retur

*Return policy for sale items: Certain sale items are exempt. Here, a 14-day return period is offered. This will be indicated on the individual product if applicable. Cancellation of purchases of certain sale items may incur additional shipping costs if free shipping was initially provided as a discount under the condition that the purchase is not canceled. This applies to all sale products with a value under DKK 450, where free shipping is offered. This will be indicated on the individual product if applicable. Costs in such a case will be DKK 80. 
All women's sneakers purchased on sale from November 1, 2023, and thereafter, are generally subject to the return policy for sale items unless otherwise stated.  

The above terms are effective as of January 3, 2023.

You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. When returning, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is securely packed. You bear the risk for the item from the time of its delivery, and you are also responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. Remember to get a receipt for the delivery of the package.

Once we have received the returned items and checked that they meet the conditions for cancellation, we will refund the money for your purchase, deducting any shipping costs incurred. We reserve the right to refund a lower amount than the purchase price if we believe the product is no longer salable as new. Walking in the shoe more than just trying it on, trying the shoes outdoors, or breaking the packaging on other products makes them no longer salable as new. Please note that it may take up to 2 weeks for your refund to be credited. It may also take up to 2 weeks for your exchange to be processed. If we find that your right to cancel cannot be met, we will contact you via email.

We do not accept packages sent COD.

6. Right of Complaint
A 2-year right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. You must complain within a reasonable time, which is within 2 months after the fault or defect has been discovered. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired, exchanged, receive a refund, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not cover faults or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect/fault. Complaints must be sent to kundeservice@errant.dk or by calling +45 30 20 96 95. Errant ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

 

Please note that the above right to claim for faults and defects may expire before 2 years after you purchased the product if the product is not designed to last at least 2 years, or if it has been used outside of ordinary use.

Claims for faults and defects only apply to products that fall under the definitions for such under Danish law. For more information, see www.forbrug.dk.

7. Refund
If a refund is due, please include bank details in the form of your registration number and account number, so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided safely via email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of processing your refund.

8. Right of Withdrawal
A 30-day return policy applies to items purchased in our webshop and physical stores.
The period is calculated from the day you place the order, either in the webshop or in a store. 

For pre-orders, your right of withdrawal applies from:
receipt of the order.
- when you receive the last item in physical possession, in the case of an agreement concerning several different items ordered in one order but delivered individually or in several installments.
- when you receive the last lot or last part in physical possession, in the case of an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several lots/parts.
- when you receive the first item in physical possession, in the case of regular delivery of goods over a specific period.

You must cover return costs yourself if you do not use our return label, which costs DKK 49. 
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 30 days after purchase, and the return order must be dispatched within the same 30-day period. Notification must be given via our Return Portal or by email to kundeservice@errant.dk. In the notification, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to send the item back to us, you must send the item to:

You cannot cancel simply by refusing to receive the item without simultaneously giving clear notice thereof. The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Goods manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken after delivery.
- Goods that due to their nature become inextricably mixed with other items upon delivery.
- Goods where the seal has been broken.
- Performed non-financial services, if the performance of the service has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service is fully performed.
- Delivery of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
- Agreements concluded at a public auction.
- Goods that deteriorate or expire quickly.

9. Condition of the Item Upon Return
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try on the item as if you were trying it on in a physical store.

If the item has been tried on beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. To receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore try on the item without actually putting it into use.

10. Refund
If you cancel your purchase, you will naturally receive the amount you paid to us back.
In case of a diminished value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase amount.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we have received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item back, unless you have provided documentation that you have returned it. 

11. Reasons for Complaint
All inquiries regarding complaints must be made via email to kundeservice@errant.dk or by calling +45 30 20 96 95. In most cases, we need to see pictures of the problem you have experienced with your sneakers, and we reserve the right to retrieve products for a better identification of the cause of the problems.

It should also be mentioned that color transfer from sneakers with brown suede lining may occur if the shoes become very wet or if your feet become very warm. It is not uncommon for this type of lining to have excess color, which in some cases may rub off on socks. It will be stated in the product description if color transfer may occur. If you experience this, you are still welcome to contact us at kundeservice@errant.dk.

 

12. Privacy Policy and Cookies
We understand and respect the importance of your privacy on the internet, and we will not disclose customer/user information to third parties, unless it is necessary to implement a transaction and consent has been given. Errant ApS will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card, or personal data to any third party without your consent, which you can read more about in our personal data and cookie policy here

13. Discounts 

It is not possible to use discounts (discount codes) on products that are already on offer.
This also applies, for example, during promotional campaigns such as Black Friday. Here, discount codes CANNOT be used.  

 

14. Other Information
You can find information about your previous orders by logging into your profile (see top of the website). If you do not have an account, you must create one with your email.

We recommend that you check your order before placing it. Before placing your order, it is still possible to correct the information you have provided, such as billing and shipping address. After placing your order, you will receive a receipt, which is a summary of your order.

We save your order and order confirmation so that you can receive a copy at any time by contacting us.

16. Gift Cards

For gift cards, we refer to legislation for electronic gift cards.

If a product is purchased with a gift card and a refund is desired, the customer will receive a new gift card or a credit note.
