This is the most common reason, as it can sometimes be difficult to find your size when ordering online.

Fortunately, we cover the cost of exchanging for the correct size.

If you regret your order, you have 90 days to return it from the date the order was placed. If you want a refund, the return shipping costs of DKK 40 will be deducted when the money is refunded.

*Always remember to get a receipt when dropping off the package at the parcel shop, as this is your proof that the package has been shipped.

Since all our sneakers are handmade, in rare cases errors occur during production that our quality control does not detect.

If this is the case, you can of course return your sneakers and have a new pair sent to you.
