The ultimate shoe

The ultimate shoe, what a makeover. But it is good enough and we think there is merit in that claim.

In many ways, sneakers can do EVERYTHING a shoe should be able to do and can also be used all year round. And as previously mentioned in the post about sneakers in suede and leather, the two types of sneakers also overlap. Sneakers in leather cope with most things, but are particularly suitable for the warmer times of the year. Suede, on the other hand, takes care of the cold weather, where heat transfer is a particularly good feature.

In order not only to talk about wind and weather, it should be mentioned that sneakers are durable and can be worn both for everyday use and for festive events. You certainly know those nice shoes that you can hardly get off fast enough after you get home from a party. There, you will most likely, at least in a pair of sneakers from us, be able to fall asleep with them on when you get home - because they are so comfortable. Comfort will probably be the most important feature of a shoe.

You can see that the claim is true? 😉 On the other hand, it is in many ways difficult to name something that pulls in the opposite direction and where sneakers are not suitable.

……. A small "but", which you only discover because you've read the entire post, is that sneakers are basically not waterproof. Meeeen it's such a small detail that it doesn't count or what? If nothing else, I have to accept wet feet in my sneakers so that the claim that sneakers are the ultimate shoe continues to hold true 😉
